The briefing should remain usable

Accessibility

Short Briefing is designed for reading, listening, keyboard navigation, mobile screens, and enlarged text. Accessibility review is a release requirement, not a later enhancement.

Website

Pages use semantic headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, responsive layouts, readable contrast, and reduced-motion support. The layout is intended to remain usable when text is enlarged.

Video and audio

Every released video requires timed captions reviewed against the final narration. Important meaning should not depend on color or motion alone, and narration remains understandable without the visuals.

  • Review caption wording and timing.
  • Check title cards and diagrams for legibility.
  • Confirm the complete audio and video, not only sample frames.

Known limits

Automated and representative visual checks cannot guarantee complete assistive-technology or multi-device coverage. Report an accessibility problem at shortbriefinginsight@gmail.com.
