Full briefing transcript

A subscriber number and a watch-time number do not answer the whole monetization question. This original fictional readiness audit separates the numerical entry condition, other joining requirements and the channel review. Its snapshot is September eighteenth, twenty twenty-six. No actual channel, account setting or application has been

inspected. The practical answer is to check the dated official requirements and then ask which part of the process the evidence actually establishes. On the current official standard entry page, the advertising route requires one thousand subscribers and four thousand qualified

public watch hours in the past twelve months, or one thousand subscribers and ten million qualified public Shorts views in ninety days. Those are different routes, not numbers to mix together. In particular, Shorts Feed watch time does not count toward the regular-video watch-hour route.

A total viewing-time number is not enough. Our fictional case has one thousand subscribers and forty-one hundred qualified public regular-video hours within the stated window. We explicitly assume those hours meet the qualifying definition; we have not measured an actual channel. Under the current regular-video numbers, the numerical condition is

illustrated. The audit leaves every other condition unknown. It would be misleading to turn this card into accepted, earning or ready to receive a particular revenue amount. The joining checklist also includes monetization policies, an eligible

country or region, no active Community Guidelines strikes, two-step verification, access to advanced features and the required AdSense connection or setup. A channel review examines the channel, not merely these two displayed counters. Our case supplies no evidence for those other checks.

Marking unknown is more useful than inventing completed settings or implying that submitting an application guarantees approval. The expanded program is a separate distinction. In eligible countries, its earlier entry uses five hundred subscribers, three valid public uploads in ninety days, and either three thousand qualified hours in twelve months or

three million qualified Shorts views in ninety days. This concerns earlier access to fan funding and selected Shopping features, with further conditions. It is not the standard advertising threshold, and it does not establish that any specific feature is available on this fictional account.

The official notice also announces changed entry numbers for new advertising and Premium entrants starting February first, twenty twenty-seven: one thousand subscribers with eight thousand qualified hours in three hundred sixty-five days, or twenty million qualified Shorts views in ninety days. That is a dated future announcement, not today's standard

threshold. Rules and program terms must be rechecked before a real decision. This audit makes no existing-member, deadline-compliance or account-status determination. Recheck official rules; reaching a number is not automatic acceptance.

Keep a dated checklist with separate fields for the numerical route, qualifying definitions, other joining conditions, review and applicable feature terms. Leave unsupported fields unknown. This example teaches how to classify evidence, not how to guarantee monetization.

The next useful question is narrower: which kinds of viewing time actually belong in the regular-video counter?
